Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
3cups rhubarb, sliced
½ cup raw honey
2½ cups water
Fresh mint leaves, for garnishing
Directions:In a pan, add all ingredients on medium heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally for around 10 minutes.
Strain the mix through a strainer by pressing a combination.
Discard the pulp of fruit.
Transfer the strained mixture right into a 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
Freeze for around 20-a half-hour.
Remove from freezer and with a fork scrap the mix.
Cover and freeze for approximately 60 minutes, scraping after every half an hour.
